Wool Sock Style Roll Brim Hats on the Addi Express Kingsize

Bernat Premium in

  • Dark Grey Heather
  • White
  • Accent colour (I used Magenta, Red and Royal Blue)

Adult Sock Hat:

  • Cast on all stitches with Grey
  • Knit 42 rows
  • Switch to White
  • Knit 7 rows
  • Switch to Colour
  • Knit 4 Rows
  • Switch to White
  • Knit 7 Rows
  • Switch to Grey
  • Knit 60 rows
  • Cast off by threading yarn through each stitch from middle to outside
  • Pull tube closed, secure end
  • Pull beginning of tube closed with tail, secure end
  • Put two ends of tube together, secure, add pompom if desired
  • Hide tail inside hat

Baby Sock Hat:

  • Cast on all stitches with Grey
  • Knit 26 rows
  • Switch to White
  • Knit 4 rows
  • Switch to Colour
  • Knit 4 Rows
  • Switch to White
  • Knit 4 Rows
  • Switch to Grey
  • Knit 38 rows
  • Cast off by threading yarn through each stitch from middle to outside
  • Pull tube closed, secure end
  • Pull beginning of tube closed with tail, secure end
  • Put two ends of tube together, secure, add pompom if desired
  • Hide tail inside hat
